Q. What is the job of a Certified Nursing Assistant?
A. C.N.A help patients with their activities of daily living. They are the most important person in the elderly life.
Q. How long is the C.N.A program?
A. The course can run anywhere from 1 week to 9 months depending on where you go. We can prepare you, in one week (if qualified).
Q. Do I have to attend a longer Nursing Assistant course before attending your program?
A. No. The State of Florida does not require you to take a long course in order to get l licensed as a C.N.A. It’s up to you whether or not you want to spend 3-9 months or spend a week.
Q. Will I get the same license as those who spend longer times if I should choose to go the short way?
A. Definitely yes. It doesn’t matter. The State allows you to challenge the test. As long as you pass the test, you will get the same license.
Q. How many times can I take the test?
R. You are allowed to repeat the test up to three times.
Q. How old do I have to be in order to sit for the State test?
A. You must be at least 18 years old or a parent must sign.
Q. Do I need to have a High School diploma to become a C.N.A?
A. No, unless you are less than 18 years old.
Q. Is the test difficult to pass?
A. Actually, it is not at all difficult. It is so easy that any 8th grader can pass it.
Q. How many questions are in the test?
A. The test has 60 questions, but you are only responsible for 50 in the written section and 5 skills to perform from the clinical section .
Q. How much money will I be making working as a nursing assistant?
A. Depend on where you work, you can make $15 or more/hour

A. C.N.A can work in hospitals, nursing homes, group homes, A.L.F homes, private homes, rehab centers, schools, recovery homes, veteran centers, dietary dept., etc…
